We DO indeed believe in and worship Jesus Christ as our Savior and the Redeemer of the world. The only perfect man ever to have lived on the earth and our Examplar. He is my Hero, He is my Lord and my God and as a Mormon I place my Faith in Him.
As an adult male I hold the Priesthood of the Lord, which authorizes men to act is His name! Each Sunday I partake of the sacrament and in so doing covenant to remember Jesus' name and take it upon me. In other words, to act and speak and do that which he would do. As members of the LDS church this is what we strive towards.
Jesus Christ died for us and paid the price for our sins and our mistakes. We can never do enough to repay him. Without him, we cannot be saved. We can do nothing of ourselves. But, through Him, we can work mighty miracles among the children of man!
